G444's Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions serve as a legally binding agreement between the g444 platform and its users. g444 is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and across multiple countries.

The following basic eligibility requirements must be met to use all g444 services:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming is legally permitted in the country where the platform is being accessed.
• Ability to bet in your own name and with your own funds.
• Not being permanently banned from any betting platform.

2 Account Registration

When creating an account on g444, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is a violation of our terms and may result in account closure.

• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)

Account Verification (KYC)

G444 may request identity verification documents at any time. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence is generally accepted. g444 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Payments

To deposit on g444, you must use an approved payment method such as Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits made from someone else's account may result in the transaction being voided and the account suspended.
• Deposits are generally instant, though network delays may occasionally extend this to up to 30 minutes.
• G444 does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing from g444 is simple and fast. However, if certain conditions are not met, your withdrawal may be delayed or placed on hold.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳300.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, which can take up to 72 hours.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

G444 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (WR) — typically you must bet 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within 7 to 30 days.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• G444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when betting on g444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Where a cash-out option is available, bets may be settled before the event concludes only in those cases.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, g444 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Betting using inside information, match-fixing, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• Live betting may be subject to server delays — bets may be voided if the outcome of an event has already been determined.

If an Event is Cancelled

If an event is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded. In the case of a partial cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with g444's rules.

7 Responsible Gaming

G444 firmly believes that gaming should be a source of fun — never a cause of addiction or financial harm. To support this, g444 provides a range of tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set your account to automatically lock after losing a specified amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g444:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's account credentials or hacking.
• Exploiting system errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or use of insider information.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or managing an account for a third party.

9 Account Closure

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Accounts are typically closed within 24 hours of the request.

G444 also reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• Engaging in prohibited activities.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be refunded subject to verification.

10 Dispute Resolution

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
• A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with g444's decision, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.
